Primary Objective / Scope

  • The Professional Services Analyst is a full-time technical professional who is responsible for supporting the workflow software sales cycle by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical and analytical expertise. Works closely with the Software Sales Specialists to define document processes, applications development, and software contract growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement and train on the workflow software products in our portfolio.
  • Create thorough Statements of Work and documentation to support the implementation of software solutions.
  • Demonstrate the product to prospective customers and assist with demo creation using customer sample files.
  • Motivate, train, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure revenue growth.
  • Participate with the sales organization in account planning and form specialized product/service opportunities.
  • Provide support and input in RFP responses, business case analysis, risk profiles, and Statements of Work.
  • Work with the customer on implementation of recommended software. Ensure connectivity and workflows function as identified in the Statement of Work; including technical integration, workflow modification, and document storage.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships at appropriate levels to ensure customer loyalty and secure additional business.
  • Encourage and build positive relationships; communicates effectively with all co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competition.
  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture.
  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Education / Skills / Requirements

  • BS Degree and/or three to five years equivalent experience related to Business Technology.
  • Standard Computer Networking & IT Knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, VB Script, C#, and Java.
  • Experienced in software integration and deployment.
  • Ability to work under stress; prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
  • Proven ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Strong relationship management skills with external and internal customers.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Must have valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage, with the ability to drive a motor vehicle within a defined territory.
