Primary Objective/Scope: Work with internal and external customers to install, maintain and troubleshoot the MOS 360 app on client servers.   Applicant will also spend 8-10 days per month going on-site to clients to manually collect equipment meter reads.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture
  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct
  • Supply account information to Sales Reps upon request
  • Primary duties include but are not limited to:
    • Monitor ticketing system for new install requests
    • Communicate with customers and sales reps to coordinate software install
    • Install the software properly and evaluate the results
    • Troubleshoot application issues for accounts and/or specific devices
    • Outbound calling and emailing to reinstall on down accounts
    • Auditing and running reports on accounts on the 360 app
    • Working with other team members to determine accounts where on-site visits are required.
    • Going on-site to client locations to manually gather equipment meter reads.  Use of personal vehicle with paid mileage from MOS office to client locations and back.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous Help Desk experience is recommended
  • Experience working with MS-based operating systems a plus strong knowledge of Excel, Word, & Outlook
  • Intermediate knowledge of Network Infrastructures
  • Previous knowledge of PC and Software troubleshooting
  • Ability to work under stress; prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
  • Excellent customer service skills via telephone and in person
  • Proven ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions
  • Strong relationship management skills with external and internal customers is required
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

Physical demands:        Minimum physical effort required.  Work is sometimes sedentary but does require sitting, hearing, speaking, finger dexterity, repetitive motions and visual acuity, regular application of basic skills (keyboard, eye/hand coordination).  On-site client visits require walking around facilities (hospitals, universities, etc.) for a few hours approximately 2 days per week.

 

Mental demands:          Problem-solving, verbal communication, customer contact, reading documents, mental acuity
